Flexion/Distraction
Flexion/Distraction is used to stretch and decompress your spine relieving back, leg, neck, or arm pain. At New Jersey Sports Chiropractic, we use special flexion & distraction chiropractic tables from Hill Laboratories. These tables provide the proper movements to stretch the spine, which can also be followed by additional pressure and movements applied to your spine by our trained chiropractors to enhance the effect. This movement gently stretches the spine, pulling the vertebrae further apart.
